Stilt walkers, balloon modellers, face painters and models helped Gallions Reach Shopping Park celebrate their 10th birthday Shoptacular event on Saturday.

All day the centre hosted a range of free family entertainment to spoil their shoppers as stilt artists, face painters and roaming performers entertained shoppers. Fashion shoppers were treated to free fashion shows taking place in stores such as New Look, Next, River Island, Dorothy Perkins and many more hosted & styled by Jo Wilson and Caroline Childs. All the stores came on board to provide free in store events as Boots, Superdrug & Mesmer Eyes pampered shoppers with free mini makeovers.

Deputy Mayor, Councillor Lester Hudson also attended the birthday celebrations.

Catherine Goddard, centre manager, said: “We are delighted to celebrate 10 years here at Gallions Reach and I’m delighted reward our loyal shoppers with free treats and family events”.

Gallions Reach Shopping Park will host their Christmas Lights ceremony on November 16 with the cast including actress Michelle Gayle from The Broadway’s Jack & The Beanstalk who will be switching the Christmas Tree lights on at 4pm.
