THE AIR ambulance was called to Canning Town this morning after a man was found with serious head injuries on the A13.
The emergency services were called by a member of the public at 9.25am who reported the man injured by the BP Garage on the Eastbound carriageway.
Both lanes of the Canning Town Flyover have been closed, as is part of Prince Regents Lane.
