Bollywood comes to East Ham to celebrate new homes

Art, dancing and drums will bring Bollywood to East Ham on Saturday.

Henna expert Ash Kumar and his Pro-AK artists are visiting Barking Road for an Indian-themed party for the whole family.

Free henna, Asian-inspired vegetarian street food, Dhol drummers and dance troupe Diwali will provide an afternoon of free entertainment and workshops in celebration of Virgin Media’s 100,000 new homes in East London.

The event on February 28 begins at 12pm and runs until 4pm at Barking Road Recreation Ground, Barking Road, East Ham.
