Shahzar Akhtar joins thousands of students celebrating their exam results- the difference is that she has passed her Maths GCSE five years early.
The 11-year-old student, who lives in Hallywell Crescent, Beckton, attends St Mary & St Michael Roman Catholic Primary School in Sutton Street, Whitechapel.
Her father Mahmood Akhtar, said: “ Shahzar is over the moon with her achievements. She will be aiming for A* in Maths and from September she will be studying for her eight GCSEs. Her goal is to complete her GCSEs and A level in secondary school or as soon as possible.
“She loves Maths and always been involved with school maths competitions.”
Shahzar has also benefitted from private tuition for eight month with Excellent Tutorial Ltd.
