They have been part of East London life and death for 130 years. Now T. Cribb & Sons are to partially throw open the doors of their state-of-the-art Victoria House Funeral Home in Beckton to the public on Sunday September 25.
At the Woolwich Manor Way headquarters the family will be on hand to explain the changes they have made since Victoria times when the business was founded. Their spectacular Belgian Black horses will be on display together with the vintage vehicles and Rolls Royce fleet.
There is also an exhib ition tracing the company’s history, displays and many other features.
The first 100 visitors will get a tree to plant, a book by renowned bereavement advisor Dr Bill Webster.
