Annual Sheep Day made a triumphant return on Sunday to Newham City Farm in Beckton.
A slice of rural life was enjoyed by urban families at the farm in Stansfeld Road, which is run by Newham based charity Community Links.
The free family event saw visitors watching demonstrations on sheep shearing and cooking, and horse and cart rides from Blaze the shire horse.
Grown your own workshops were also featured to teach visitors the joys growing your own fruit and vegetables, alongside a farm trail with prizes, bouncers, face painting, a farm barn, plant stalls, bric-a-brac and the craft market.
Meet over 200 animal residents on Newham City Farm, as well as some very friendly scarecrows, from Tuesday to Sunday at 10am until 5pm.
