A13 eastbound has now re-opened following an earlier collision that is causing delays back to Barking Road
Emergency services were called to a collision on the A13 Newham Way, near the A112 Prince Regent Lane junction, at around 12pm following reports of an accident.
The eastbound carriageway has now re-opened, but lanes are restricted due to the collision.
Residual delays remain with queues southbound back to Barking Road, according to Traffic for London.
