A crash involving a car and a lorry on the A13 eastbound is causing delays back to the A112 Prince Regent Lane junction in Custom House.
Police were called to the junction of Morrison Road and Ripple Road in Dagenham just before 4.30pm to find the car positioned sideways blocking the inner lane.
The road has since fully reopened.
