Guide Dog Week comes to East Ham
EAST Ham’s High Street South will play host to some very special canines on Monday.
Guide dogs and their owners will be gathering at the junction with St John’s Road from 10.30am to 3.30pm as part of a week-long celebration of the extraordinary partnership between blind people and their four-legged helpers.
Everyone is invited to come along and learn about the invaluable work done by the dogs.
There will be the chance to discover their specials skills by taking a guided walk through an obstacle course.
