Schools in Newham are remaining shut for a second day today (December 13) due to the heavy snowfall and icy conditions.
The Met Office's yellow warning for London and the south east of England is due to continue through until 11am.
Lying snow and icy patches are expected to affect travel conditions.
Below is a list of schools that have confirmed, either on their website or social media, that they are shut in Newham.
- Eastlea Community School
- Lister Community School
- Sarah Bonnell School
Some schools may choose to contact parents directly about school closures, rather than update their websites, so if you child's school is not listed it may be worth contacting the school.
