IF YOU have any good jokes then Bupa’s Mornintyon Hall care home in Manor Park want to hear from you as they launch a national competition.
The top ten from across the country will be put inside home-made crackers that residents in their homes will enjoy as part of their Christmas celebrations.
Siobhan Drane, Bupa’s community affairs manager, said: “Everyone has their favourite joke - we want to hear them and have as many people as possible joining in with our residents to have fun over the festive period.
“We like to fill our homes with festive cheer at Christmas and can think of no better way than cracking some jokes. Anyone wanting to enter the competition should email their joke and their name to: itsacracker@bupa.com before Wednesday December 1.
Staff across the world will vote for their best. There will be two winning jokes, one from a home resident and one from a member of the community, each receive a special prize, with the community member winning 100 of vouchers.
