THE WOMAN accused of stabbing East Ham MP Steve Timms at his advice surgery this spring is due to go on trial at the Old Bailey today.
Roshonara Choudhry, 21 of Central Park Road, East Ham, is in custody on remand accused of attempting to murder the former Treasury Minister at the Beckton Globe centre in May and two counts of possessing knives as offensive weapons.
The court has entered please of not guilty. The case is expected to last two weeks.
