Young people from Newham have the chance to shape activities for the Olympic Park after the 2012 Games.
The Olympic Park Legacy Company is now recruiting teenagers aged between 14 and 19 from the five Olympic boroughs to form a youth panel to shape the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
The 30 young people chosen will have an opportunity to contribute to the long term planning and future of the park.
Teenagers from the borough can apply to be part of the 2012 Legacy Youth Panel. The 30 selected will join 60 existing panel members from previous years.
The panel will be presenting and sharing its experiences at Park Life, a recruitment and celebration event to be held at the Rich Mix Centre Bethnal Green Road, Bethnal Green, on Saturday (Dec 10) between 5.30pm and 8.30pm.
