Families keen to enjoy the sun this weekend should head to West Ham Park on Sunday for a musical treat.
The City of London Festival will be coming to the Bandstand at the park on Sunday from 3pm utnil 5pm for the first time.
The Grand Union Youth Orchestra and the Grand Union Band will provide an afternoon of music blending calypso and ska, salsa and samba, infectious rhythms with bhangra - all of it guaranteed to get you dancing in the park in Upton Lane.
South African township music and stunning jazz improvisation will make it an afternoon of truly World Music.
