Green Street is expected to fully re-open at midday tomorrow following days of disruption.
Emergency repairs have been in progress since the carriageway of the West Ham road collapsed on Wednesday afternoon.
Access has not been available between the junctions of Shafesbury Road and Boleyn Road after it was deemed unsafe.
Buses are currently being diverted along Upton Lane and Plashet Road and all other vehicles must follow a signposted diversion.
