Emergency services were called to a fire in Stratford over the weekend.
Three fire engines attended the fire in a derelict office building in Warton Road, at about 3.45pm on Saturday.
Overall, 20 per cent of the ground floor was damaged by the blaze.
Nobody was injured and firefighters were able to bring the fire under control by about 4.20pm.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
