What are you going to be doing between 7pm and 8pm this evening?
For a number of youngsters and staff at Richard House Children’s Hospice, it will involve sitting in the One Show audience.
A feature on the Beckton hospice will be broadcast as part of the BBC One programme, showing how Children in Need funding helps children and their families.
Presenter Alex Jones and a camera crew visited last month to film the segment.
