About 20 firefighters tackled a scrapyard blaze in the early hours of this morning.
Crews were called to the fire in Upton Lane, Forest Gate, shortly before 1am.
Part of the ground floor and the first floor of a two storey car breaker were damaged by the fire. Crews from Stratford, Leytonstone, Plaistow and East Ham brought the blaze under control in just over an hour.
The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
