Soldiers, schoolchildren, councillors and residents will be among crowds paying tribute to those who have died fighting for Britain.
Five Remembrance services across the borough will commemorate the people killed in conflicts since the First World War.
East Ham Cenotaph in Central Park - will be hosting a service today for Armistice Day from 10.45am, while there will also be a service there on Sunday to commemorate the fallen from 10.30am, which will be preceded after a parade from Newham Town Hall to the cenotaph.
Three other services on Sunday – all beginning at 10.45am – will be held at All Saints West Ham Parish Church, Brick Lane Music Hall and St Luke’s Memorial in Canning Town.
