The 39-year-old woman is being held on suspicion of preparing terrorist acts.

The woman, named locally as Rohey Hydara, is one of eight people arrested across the UK as police round up suspected associated of the terrorist behind Wednesday’s Westminster attack.

She was arrested in a raid last night in Stratford’s East Village in the Olympic Park area, where she lives in a first-floor flat in a nine-storey tower overlooking Westfield shopping centre and Stratford International station.

She reportedly lived with the 52-year-old terrorist at an address in Forest Gate, according to the Evening Standard.
