ACCLAIMED comedian Russell Kane brings his stand-up show, Smokescreens and Castles, to The Broadway, Barking, next week.

He has firmly established himself as one of the hottest comics in the UK.

The recent winner of the Edinburgh Comedy award for Smokescreens and Castles explores self, family, and the consequences of his dad buying his own council house.

Sociological silliness and high energy contortions are guaranteed.

The Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee has already embarked on two national tours with his successful shows Human Dressage and his critically acclaimed hit Fakespeare. Smokescreens and Castles promises to be another huge hit with audiences and critics alike.

No stranger to TV or radio, Russell Kane was recently on the presenting team for ITV2’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Now!; presented Big Brother’s Big Mouth on E4 and Channel 4; guested on BBC1’s Live at the Apollo alongside Al Murray; and hosted two series of Out To Lunch, BBC Radio 2’s Saturday lunchtime comedy show.

He is at The Broadway on Friday, September 24, 7.30pm.
