Some of Rossi’s most famous machines – including his Aprilia, Honda, Yamaha and Ducati bikes – will be on display at the 2015 Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show.

The three-day event promises to be packed with new top-of-the-range bikes for petrolheads to drool over when it starts on Friday February 13.

Top Gear presenters James May and Richard Hammond will also be lending their classic bike collections to the show.

Show representative Harley Stephens said last year was the biggest ever attendance, despite being a “lean year” in terms of new bikes.

He added: “This year we have new models with some real showstoppers from all the major manufacturers so expectation is high.”

British superbike racer Carl Fogarty – winner of ITV’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here last year – will open the show once again.

Last year the four-time World Superbike champion had an emotional reunion with his quartet of title winning Ducati’s. MCN also surprised Fogarty on stage with an exact replica of his 1995 ‘Man of the Year’ trophy, which he had lost in the late 1990s.

Mr Stephens said of Fogarty: “It’s funny, because when he came last year he’d been fairly low profile for a while, but now he’s really excited to meet not only his racing fans but also people who seen have seen his personality come through in the [celebrity jungle] TV programme.

“We couldn’t hope for a better ambassador for the show at this moment.”

Alongside the collection of the famous number 46 racer’s bikes will be a selection of the latest motorbikes from all the big name brands such as Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Kawasaki, KTM, Moto Guzzi, Suzuki, Triumph, Piaggio and Yamaha.

There will also be a tribute to the golden era of rotary engine bikes while visitors can expect some acction on the “Slide” indoor circuit.

Racing afficiandos might recognise John McGuiness, Isle of Man TT legend, fan favourite Chris Walker and TV pundit Jamie Whitham as they take to their bikes this year.

Tickets cost £16 with free bike parking. Visit or call 0844 5816 900 to book.
