Forty free training places that could lead to a career in film and TV are up for grabs.
Production company Four Corners, based in Stratford, is offering courses in camera, production and editing skills for up to 40 unemployed Londoners, with priority given to residents in Newham, Tower Hamlets and Hackney.
The scheme, called Digital Futures 2013, is open to applicants with a range of prior skills levels.
The charity is also offering work placements for eight trainees with prior experience in camera and editing to support others into junior roles in UK feature film or TV drama production. Other courses are also available.
Visit www.fourcornersfilm.co.uk to apply. The application deadline is November 2 at 5pm.
Rod Stewart has added a second and final show to his ‘Time’ tour at The O2 in London in September.
