Join Darcey Bussell, Ministry of Sound, Josie Gibson and the stars from Strictly Come Dancing for a fitness work-out

Darcey Bussell, Ministry of Sound, Josie Gibson and the stars from Strictly Come Dancing have each confirmed they will be headlining BIG BURN next month at the iconic Alexandra Palace in London.

BIG BURN is the only event this year that offers mass participation fitness classes, celebrity instructors and a health and fitness expo to help you get in shape for the summer!

Each fitness session will host 1,500 people all dancing their socks off to the rhythm of their favourite fitness idol.

The routines have been carefully choreographed to suit all levels of fitness ability, so anyone can come away feeling energised after this incredible event experience.

With the majority of ticket holders expected to make a day of it with friends, organisers are preparing for a festival atmosphere full of energy and fitness enthusiasm.

Schedule

● FRIDAY MAY 30 at 6.30pm - Get beach fit to the latest dance floor hits with world famous Ministry of Sound DJs and hosted by fitness and dance presenter Zoe McNulty.

● SATURDAY MAY 31 at 10am - Energise your fitness with DD-Mix by Darcey Bussell: a ‘flavour’ of dance moves from different genres ranging from ballet to jive and from Bollywood to Charleston.

11:45am - Josie Gibson will be taking centre stage to lead a series of intense work-outs from her DVD ‘21 Day Fat Burn’ leaving you feeling invigorated and ready for anything.

1.30pm - Natalie Lowe & Ian Waite will ensure you walk away with a spring in your step by combining Ballroom and Latin steps with expert fitness techniques.

3.15pm - PART 2 with Darcey Bussell - Ally Pally is big but not big enough to fit all the jivers and Bollywood dancers out there. We needed another session of DDMIX!

Speaking about her routine, Darcey said: “I really enjoy working out when I am fully distracted by a fun routine, great music and the camaraderie of a group class. This is the core philosophy behind DD-Mix.”

Tickets to each fitness session are available on a first come first served basis at BIGBURN.co.uk. Not only will each ticket holder enjoy sessions with their favourite celebrity, they will also have the chance to try out a different type of fitness class, visit the Health and Fitness expo and leave with a fantastic event goody bag.

Look forward to tons of fun as you share this energetic sweaty experience with friends. You might even forget you’re working out!

A range of tickets are available starting from £23 each.
