Sunday’s draw was certainly a good point for West Ham at West Brom, but it wasn’t exactly a game that gripped for those of us watching it.

I predicted a draw and I didn’t think there would be many goals simply because West Brom have lost their last three games and would have been wary about committing too many men forward and possibly conceding at the other end.

I have to admit that I was dozing off a little bit in the second half despite West Brom putting on a little bit of pressure.

I must give huge praise to James Collins and in particular Winston Reid at the back.

Winston is still only a kid really and he is only going to get better, but he was bought off the back of an oustanding World Cup for New Zealand so there was always the potential there.

The manager and coaches must be absolutely thrilled with how Reid has played this season and I have to say he is one of the first names on the teamsheet.

One of my old teams in Everton come to Upton Park on Saturday and it is going to be really tough.

The last time they started so well they made it into the Champions League and I would not be surprised if they did it again this time.

They will be without Marouane Fellaini though after his antics against Stoke City, but they will still have the likes of Baines and Pienaar.

Our record is not great against them, though I remember us winning there 1-0 in 1983 when Steve Walford scored from the halfway line with his right foot!

I have been in both camps and I know that teams find it hard to go to Goodison Park, but equally I think it is tough to come to Upton Park.

I am expecting a tight game, but I think West Ham have the ability to take all three points and I will go for a 2-1 victory for the Hammers.

Having a brand new kitchen is something that lots of people want but can only dream of. Sadly keeping up to date and making our living spaces as nice as they can be is a costly and incredibly stressful business. Even a fresh coat of paint makes all the difference but isn’t easy or quick.
