Young Leyton Orient goalkeeper Charlie Grainger has joined Histon on work experience.

The 17-year-old heads up to the Cambridgeshire side, who play in the Conference North, until March 22 initially.

Grainger was called up to the England under-18 squad for the first time earlier this month, and will hope to be included to face Croatia on March 1 and 3.

The teenager, who spent a spell on loan at Ryman Premier outfit Cray Wanderers earlier this season, has found himself on the O’s first team bench three times this season.
