Orient skipper Nathan Clarke has put pen to paper on a new two-year contract.

The defender joined the O’s in July 2012 after spending his entire career at Huddersfield Town.

Clarke, 30, has made 73 appearances since moving to Brisbane Road.

It is another boost for Orient following the loan return of Eldin Jakupovic after a difficult month for the club which has seen them lose three consecutive games.
