Leyton Orient midfielder Romain Vincelot is set to see a knee specialist today in a bid to find out the extent of his injury.

The Frenchman picked up the injury in the goalless draw with MK Dons on October 18, and has missed the two subsequent games at Doncaster Rovers and Port Vale.

And Kevin Nugent revealed the 28-year-old would learn the seriousness of his injury today.

“Romain has injured his knee so he is seeing an expert on Monday and we’ll see from there,” said Nugent.

The one slight positive for Orient on Saturday was the return of Dean Cox off the bench, but Nugent also revealed Bradley Pritchard was not 100 per cent fit for the trip to Vale Park on Saturday, with Mathieu Baudry preferred in the central midfield role.

“We will see how Dean reacts after today’s game as to whether he’s up for starting on Tuesday,” he added.

“Mathieu did alright in there to be fair and Pritch had a little bit of a tight calf but it was a decision I made in the changing room.

“We do obviously have a lot of injuries so we’ll have to look at that because we have got a big game on Tuesday.”
