Leyton Orient owner Francesco Becchetti insists Kevin Nugent is the right man to take the club forward ‘for the moment’.

The O’s winless run at home continued after a 2-1 defeat to Swindon Town earlier today, and while frustrated with the situation, Becchetti feels Nugent is the solution at this moment in time.

“Kevin is very good and everybody knows that there is a problem because we lose every time at home, whether it is against 10 or 11,” said Becchetti.

“We have to find a solution. For the moment he is the solution but it’s difficult to approach the season when you make a programme with one manager and then he decides to go and you have to manage the situation. It’s not simple.”
