Youngsters st to play on the big stage

Following a strong performance at this week’s Lycamobile Cup semi-final, Chobham Academy under-12s have earned the chance to play on the hallowed turf at Upton Park.

The competition is a youth football tournament set up by West Ham Community Sports Trust and club sponsor Lycamobile, and the Stratford-based school took top honours on the day.

And after winning their semi-final match they will get the chance to play at the Boleyn Ground in front of friends and families at the exclusive finals day, which are due to be held in May.
