Fight for Peace BC welterweight Jonathon Muhamba travelled to the Whitstable show on Friday and boxed well for a deserved decision over Matthew Beer (Folkestone), to finish his season on a winning note.

The following day on the Brompton show at Rochester, the North Woolwich club light-welterweight Mohammed S Mahmood also finished the season on a high – taking a close unanimous decision over Dennis Wahome (All Stars).

Lightweight Fawad Sherzad made his debut, but struggled to make an impression against Sean Mason (Whitehawk), losing the decision over three rounds.
