Micah Ward recorded back-to-back victories in the TSFA West Ham Park 5km run when he clocked a best of 16 minutes and 17 seconds to win on Sunday.

The 17-year-old (pictured right) finished over a minute ahead of second placed John O’Shea (Highgate Harriers) in 18.35. Adam Shaikh (East End Road Runners) was third in 21.53.

The women’s competition was won by Inga Hayden-Cooper (pictured left) in 23.14 from Annika Norton who recorded 24.31.

The next race in the series takes place in West Ham Park this Sunday, November 4 at 11am. Entry is free and further details can be found at www.tsfa.co.uk
