One of the highlights on the IAAF Diamond League calendar, with a host of para events, it takes place over two days (July 21-22) and sees some of the sport’s top talents pitted against one another.

The competition, broken down into several meets across the globe, has seen some incredible feats accomplished thus far, including Great Britain’s Reece Prescod taking victory over 100m in Shanghai in May.

The 2018 Müller Anniversary Games promises to be a wonderful family outing as well as producing enthralling competition, with Prescod and Adam Gemili to battle it out over 100m with USA stars Christian Coleman and Ronnie Baker.

Prescod will be looking to emerge from the pack on top and capitalise on his rich vein of form, but faces steep competition from Baker, who came out on top in Eugene to beat Prescod’s wind-assisted 9.88 second time and finish first.

Newham & Essex Beagles Asha Phillip and GB team-mate Dina Asher-Smith line up in the 100m and 200, respectively, with reigning British 100m champion Philip and Asha-Smith, fastest Brit of all-time over both sprints, looking to continue their strong progress.

Katarina Johnson-Thompson, Shara Proctor and Lorraine Ugen fill out a star-studded line-up for the British team in the women’s long jump, with Ugen very much the talk of the event at current and rightly so.

A 7.05m jump at the National Championships sees her ranked as world number one for 2018.

For the men, Greg Rutherford will compete in his last Müller Anniversary Games meet at London Stadium before retirement and will hope to leave with fond memories in the stadium in which he won Olympic gold in 2012.

Multiple Paralympic champion Sophie Hahn is set to compete in the T37/38 100m on Sunday alongside team-mates Katrina Hart, Bethany Tucker, Emily Stewart and Ali Smith, with fellow Paralympians Richard Whitehead, Hannah Cockroft and Libby Clegg also in action.

Tickets are available via the London Stadium ticket office and at britishathletics.org.uk.
