Newham Home Improvement Agency is now working with the energy provider’s Health Through Warmth scheme to help residents whose health has been badly affected by cold living conditions but cannot afford heating and insulation work.

The npower Health Through Warmth Crisis Fund is administered by the Foundations Independent Living Trust charity.
