Capitalising on the feel good factor of the London 2012 Games UEL offer a new sports programme at its SportsDock centre.
Starting on September 24 and funded through Sport England, Sportivate will have a number of free sports courses for 14-25 year olds. Over eight weeks, people will be able to try out a variety of sports including badminton, football, judo, cardio tennis, gymnastics and volleyball.
UEL sport director David Cosford,said: “We’ve just experienced the greatest games ever, so there is quite rightly a tremendous buzz about sport in East London at the moment.”
