Northern line trains will terminate at Kennington all weekend, with no service between there and Morden while new signalling is tested.

Track and points replacement work in the Acton Town area will see no service on District line trains between Turnham Green and Ealing Broadway all weekend, and the same work means there will be no service between Hammersmith and Ealing Common/Osterley on the Piccadilly line.

Services on that line will still run between Heathrow and Osterley. If you are travelling to Heathrow, please take the District line to Gunnersbury for an express bus service to and from the airport.

On the Docklands Light Railway, trains will not run between Bow Church and Stratford on Sunday due to Crossrail work at Pudding Mill Lane station.

On the Overground network, there will be no trains all weekend between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace/West Croydon while track improvement work is carried out.

On Saturday trains will not run between Euston and Kilburn High Road after 7.15pm for track improvement work.

On Sunday there will be no service between the following stations, also due to track work:

- Wandsworth Road and Clapham Junction (all day);

- South Tottenham and Barking (before 12noon);

- Euston and Kilburn High Road (before 12.15pm and after 8.15pm);

- Gospel Oak and Stratford (after 9.30pm);

- Highbury & Islington and New Cross Gate (before 8.15am);

- Surrey Quays and Wandsworth Road (before 8.15am).

The Stansted Express service is running but will not stop at Tottenham Hale this weekend due to engineering works. Travellers to and from Stansted Airport are advised to go to Liverpool Street station. There is also a direct replacement bus service between Liverpool Street and Tottenham Hale stations.

On Saturday, the Lord Mayor’s Show will take place in the City and central London during the day. This will be followed by fireworks on the river between Blackfriars and Waterloo bridges in the early evening. Roads will remain closed throughout the day; many bus routes will be diverted and some Barclays Cycle Hire docking stations will be closed. For full details, please visit www.tfl.gov.uk/lordmayorshow.

Regent Street will also be closed in the early evening on Saturday for the Christmas lights switch on. Buses will be on diversion as a result.

On Remembrance Sunday, Whitehall will be closed for traffic for most of the day and bus routes will be diverted.
