Stratford man charged with causing cruelty to puppy

A man from Stratford has been charged with causing cruelty to a puppy.

Mohammed Hussain, 27, of Windmill Close, has been charged with causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal under Section 4 of the Animal Welfare Act.

He will appear at Thames Magistrates Court on February 7.
