Thousands of Central Line passengers have been left stranded this morning after a signal failure caused severe delays.

The failure happened at around 7am and continues to affect the line.

Transport for London say they don’t think they can fix the problem until 9.30am.

Passengers took to Twitter to express their rage, with one tweeting “How can it take two hours to fix a signal? If I was that bad at my job I’d have been sacked by now.”
