Health and Safety are investigating the incident on Stratford High Street.

Recorder photographer Steve Poston captured the aftermath of a Stratford building site after a section of scaffolding collapsed earlier today.
Part of the steel construct tumbled on to the High Street around midday.
It is not known whether anyone was injured.
The Health and Safety Executive say they are aware of the situation and are investigating.
Newham Council’s rejection of a planning application for the UK’s biggest mosque is set to be the subject of a public inquiry this year.
