Watersport fans have been invited to watch or take part in dragon boat races on Sunday.

The Thames Dragons club is to host the event at the Royal Albert Dock in Dockside Road from 10am to 5pm.

Newham residents will be able to try out the sport for free during the lunch time period. The activity is recommended as a fun way to socialise and keep fit.
