The redevelopment of West Ham United’s stadium is to be discussed at a public meeting.

The Boleyn Ground - colloquially known as Upton Park - will be transformed by Galliard Group once the club move to the Olympic Stadium in 2016.

The meeting, organised by Transform Newham, Community Links and Newham Citizensm will allow those affected by the redevelopment to have their say and raise any concerns they may have.

Previous meetings between community groups have seen issues such as affordable housing, jobs and sports provision raised.

The site is set to have retail and leisure facilities and underground parking in addition to the new homes, as well as a central landscape garden named in tribute to Hammers legend Bobby Moore.

The public meeting will take place Latimer Hall, Cleves Road on Wednesday, September 10, running from 5.30pm to 7pm.
