First time mother Ana had a “lucky” bouncing, baby boy on New Year’s Day after a straightforward labour.
Mother Ana Costa with newborn baby Kevin Lopes.Ana Costa, from Sutton Road in Plaistow, gave birth to little Kevin Lopes weighing 61bs 10ozs at 12pm at Newham General Hospital and she came home the following day.
On having given birth to one of the first babies of 2013, Ana said: “I’m very pleased, I do think it’s probably lucky that he was born on New Year’s Day.”
