Archant

You might need to take a close look, but this is Hugh Jackman otherwise known as Wolverine during a visit to Stratford’s Discover Children’s Story Centre.

He even posted a photo on instagram, adding “At the Discovery Centre. My true, secret identity”.

Accompanied by his family, the actor went to the centre’s Secret Agents exhibition and had a Top Secret! audio tour by theatre company Inspector Sands. That might give you a clue as to his disguise which was only partially successful in hiding his new look- bald with a bushy moustache and beard. It is thought to be part and parcel of his role as Black Beard in his latest movie Pan, a retelling of the story of Peter Pan.

Although the actor has been honing up his archery skills, it’s not clear if they are for his latest project or if he just enjoys adding another skill to his considerable repertoire of abilities.
