Stratford set to get new-look Post Office

Stratford Post Office is getting a makeover and its opening hours will be extended by nine and a half hours a week.

The branch on the Broadway is set to be open plan with nine serving positions as part of a nationwide modernisation across the network of Post Offices.

Mark Lawrence, Post Office regional network manager for south and east England, said: “We understand how important having a Post Office is to residents in Stratford and we are confident that this new modern Post Office service will meet the needs of the local community and secure services for the future.”

The new-look post office will open on Monday March 18 at 9am.
