Formans salmon smokery on Fish Island holds open day this Saturday

A salmon smokery, overlooking the Olympic Stadium, is holding an open day this Saturday.
Then event at Formans on Stour Rd, Fish Island, will feature tours, talks and tastings and a food market from 10am to 4pm.
