Panto season is upon us again. Oh no it isn’t - oh yes it is!

Theatre Royal Stratford East (TRSE) fans get ready to let down your hair for another fun-filled festive extravaganza as fairytale Rapunzel takes centre stage for this year.

Expect topical laughs, original music and lots of hilarious audience participation - perfect for young and old.

TRSE’s associate director, Pooja Ghai, will direct while the title role is played by Joanne Sandi.

Familiar faces include Michael Bertenshaw, who returns to Stratford to play Witch Maddy in his 14th pantomime at the theatre.

Musical director and composer Robert Hyman provides the music and lyrics after previously doing the credits for Oliver award-nominated Cinderella, plus Pinocchio, Aladdin, Red Riding Hood and Dick Whittington.

Performances run from November 27, 2017 to January 13, 2018. Tickets £15, concessions available.
