Police are searching for a 17-year-old girl who has been missing from her family home for five days.

idia Efrem, left the property on Barking Road, Canning Town, on Wednesday with a friend and she was last seen at East Ham station at 12.30pm on Friday.

The teenager is described as black, 5ft 2in tall, slim, with long black hair and she is known to visit the Stratford area and Westfield Stratford City shopping centre.

She was last seen wearing a cream hat, white shirt, denim jacket with trim on the shoulders, brown leggings and white Nike trainers.

Information regarding her whereabouts should be reported to Newham police on 0208 217 4383 or 101.
