CCTV images of four suspects police want to trace after attack on bus driver at Stratford on April 27

Police are appealing today for help to trace a woman and three men following an attack on a bus driver in east London.

A row broke out between four passengers and the driver of a 25 double-decker at Stratford bus station in an incident in April.

All four suspects got off before one is said to have spat at the driver through his open cab window.

The driver was then punched and kicked, Scotland Yard said. He was taken to hospital with concussion.

Three of the passengers are described as black—a woman, slim build, aged about 18 to 20, and two men, both medium build and about 20 to 25 years old, one wearing glasses. The fourth suspect is described as mixed race, slim build.

Police are appealing for anyone who saw the attack at the bus station on Sunday afternoon, April 27, at about 1.50pm, or anyone with information, to contact Det Con Annie Garrard at the TfL and Met Police Workplace Violence unit on 07766-248505, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555111.
