Two policeman accused of abusing black and Asian colleagues from Forest Gate Station face a three- day trial after denying charges last week.
PCs Kevin Hughes, 36, of Ingrave, and David Hair, 42, of Epping, both in Essex, worked within the station’s anti-burglary team.
The trial at Westminister Magistrates’ Court is due to start on November 26.
Police burst through the doors of 13 suspected gang members today in a series of dawn raids to crack down on street violence.
