Daniel Kosowski, 40, of Henry Addlington Close, and two other men allegedly killed 27-year-old Andrzej Kulesza in 2010, sometime between September 19 and 22.

Mr Kulesza went missing from his home in Stamford Hill, after going out to buy bread and milk.

His decomposing body was found in field near Rothersthorpe, Northamptonshire, on April 25, 2011, by a woman walking her dog.

Kosowski and 26-year-old Kamil Dreszer, of Martin Close, Enfield, both pleaded not guilty to murder, conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm, false imprisonment and preventing a lawful and decent burial.

Dreszer denied a further charge of kidnapping.

Police also charged a third man, Artur Janik, 27, of Thorpe Road in Walsall, with the murder, but he did not enter a plea and is due to return to the court at a date yet to be arranged.

All three men were remanded in custody and Judge Charles Wide QC set the trial for June 17 this year.
